Booking Policy

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 All sessions — Business Mentorship, Harmonium Lessons, or Personalised Sadhana — must be booked directly through the Website or arranged via email or message.
1.2 Payment is required in full at the time of booking via bank transfer or PayPal, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

2.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.
2.2 Any appointment cancelled, missed, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the session cost. If part of a package or series, the session may be deducted from the total.
2.3 www.rachelheathermason.com reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you’ll be notified promptly and offered an alternative time that suits both parties.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered in alignment with the cancellation policy.
3.2 Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment (bank transfer or PayPal).
3.3 No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or for no-shows.

4. No-Show Policy

4.1 If you miss a scheduled session without notice, or arrive more than 10 minutes late without communication, the session will be considered a no-show.
4.2 No-shows are non-refundable and may result in the session being forfeited.

5. Session Timing

5.1 Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
5.2 If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the agreed time, and the full fee will apply.

6. Liability

6.1 Participation in Business Mentorship, Harmonium Lessons, or Personalised Sadhana is voluntary. By booking, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks.
6.2 www.rachelheathermason.com is not liable for any physical, emotional, psychological, or financial loss or harm arising from your participation in any session.

7. Amendments

7.1 www.rachelheathermason.com reserves the right to update or amend this Booking Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the Website.
