MY PERSONAL JOURNEY

I’ve always questioned the purpose of life. After traveling to Australia in 2014 and exploring its vast beauty, I eventually settled in Sydney. It was here, while working in a corporate marketing role, that I first encountered yoga - a path that would change everything. At the time, I felt uninspired and yearning for something deeper - a connection, a purpose, a spiritual anchor.

I discovered a local lunchtime class, and from that moment, everything shifted. Those classes became a lifeline, grounding me and transforming my mindset in ways I never expected. The profound peace I found through yoga led me to sign up for Yoga Teacher Training, and that was the spark that ignited my journey into healing, spirituality, and transformation.

What followed was a beautiful snowball effect - Reiki, Qi Gong, Breathwork, Astrology, Tantra, and Manifestation... Anything that helped me raise my vibration and live a life that was unapologetically vibrant, bold, and authentic. My exploration of energy, connection, and intention led me deeper into Bhakti Yoga and the teachings of ISKCON. It was through Krishna’s divine love and the practice of chanting His Holy Names that I found my true spiritual home.

Kirtan, the heart of Bhakti, became a central part of my practice, connecting me to the divine through sound, devotion, and collective energy. This path of devotion became the foundation of my spiritual journey and continues to inspire every aspect of my life and work.

Now, I share these transformative tools with women, guiding them on their own paths of self-discovery, empowered action, and soul-aligned business. Whether through harmonium lessons, personalised sadhana sessions, or business and mindset mentorship, I’m here to help you step into your highest self, align with your soul’s purpose, and create a life that truly resonates with your deepest calling.

I started facilitating Full Moon Women’s Circles and Group Breathwork, yet I still felt like I was living a dual existence - the 'everyday' me and the 'spiritual' me. It was during a transformative trip to India that life shifted. Deepening my meditation practice, exploring plant medicine, and embracing a life without alcohol brought me back to my true self. In that space, I connected with my soul’s purpose in a way I hadn’t before. Since then, I’ve felt fully embodied, vibrant, connected and alive - and it’s this feeling I want for you.

Through my work, I guide women on their own journeys of awakening and authentic conscious living. I help you reconnect with your highest self, align your work with your soul's deepest calling, and create a life of purpose and fulfillment.

My approach is grounded in Bhakti - devotion to the divine that infuses every part of life. Whether it’s through harmonium lessons, where you’ll tap into the sacred practice of sound and devotion, personalised sadhana sessions that help you create a daily spiritual practice aligned with your heart, or business, mindset, and spiritual mentoring, where I help you weave your soul’s wisdom into every action you take - each offering is designed to support you in stepping into your fullest potential.

I practice what I preach, and I am living proof that you can live a life of your wildest dreams

My dedication to a ‘better’ life, to a yogic life, which is one of faith and daily sadhana (daily spiritual practice) has supported my transformation. I am a completely different version of myself now - anchored in self-love, inner knowing, and a deep trust in life’s unfolding. I continue to release what no longer serves with grace, guided by a quiet, felt understanding that words can’t quite touch.

One of the most important values in my life is ‘freedom’ and I am so lucky to have the privilege to have had support, education, training, teachers, and mentors that led me to this path of freedom. My dream has been to work solely for myself, to create a life of my design, and my big goal is to have land - cabins and a retreat space! I value authenticity, integrity, connection, and kindness. I love new connections and I value vulnerable moments, sharing, depth, and realness. It is only from plunging into the depths of my own life that I was able to honour and embrace the light, dark, and divinity in such awe.

 

I will be your greatest cheerleader

Transformation isn’t easy… It’s not an easy route. Starting a business isn’t an easy route, going against the status quo isn’t, and taking time to heal after a breakup isn’t but it’s what you fear most that is going to pay off!

I got through what were three of the most challenging periods of my life overlapped. My eight-year relationship ended during COVID, my nan passed away suddenly in the UK and I wasn’t able to travel back to the UK from Australia, my dad was in and out of the hospital and then moved to a care home for his declining Parkinsons.

I am a Cancer Sun sign and embody the mantra of ‘I feel’ and oh boy did I feel. At the time I was swept into such shock and pain and I honestly don’t know how I made it through each day. But I had my faith - faith in the universe, faith in god, some dear friends, and eventually my practices that saw me start to rise back and not only back but through and up.

I understand what it is like to be in such intense pain and at rock bottom. I will always have your best interests at heart and I genuinely want to see you living a life you are proud of and love!
