Harmonium lessons for
continuing foundations
This 8-week course builds on Level 1 and deepens both your vocal and harmonium practice.
We focus on strengthening your foundations through Alankars (the building blocks of Indian classical music), rhythm, breath awareness and steady finger technique. Alankars are simple, repeated note patterns that help develop clarity, vocal strength and confidence in both singing and playing.
You’ll begin to notice your voice becoming more steady and supported, your notes clearer, and your playing more controlled. We work on improving pitch accuracy, breath stability and coordination between voice and harmonium in a way that feels grounded and manageable.
Level 2 is for anyone who’s learned the basics and now wants to feel more comfortable, confident and consistent in their practice. The weekly structure helps you stay steady and supported as you build a regular rhythm with your music.
Available in person in Tyalgum, NSW or online via Zoom.
